Cozy Puzzle game
Parcel Post
Pack the van. Save the day. Parcel Post is a cozy postal puzzle about fitting parcels, protecting delicate deliveries, and dispatching routes at the right moment.
Parcel Post is a cozy packing puzzle where every parcel changes the shape of your delivery day. Drag parcel pieces into an 8x8 van grid, rotate them to fit, and complete full rows or columns to dispatch routes across town. Fragile boxes dislike heavy neighbors, cold boxes lose value when they wait too long, and express parcels are worth more when delivered before their timer runs out.
Game features
- Drag-and-drop parcel placement on a tablet-friendly 8x8 van grid.
- Rows and columns dispatch as delivery routes when filled.
- Parcel traits make placement matter: standard, letter, fragile, express, cold, and heavy.
- Fragile parcels score more when kept away from heavy boxes.
- Express and cold parcels use timers, so waiting too long cuts their value.
- Local high score and share button for replayable delivery shifts.
How to play
- Drag the current parcel piece into the van grid.
- Rotate the piece to fit awkward spaces before placing it.
- Fill a full row or column to dispatch that route and score the parcels.
- Keep fragile parcels away from heavy boxes to protect their value.
- Deliver express and cold parcels before their timers expire.
- The shift ends when the current parcel cannot fit anywhere in the van.
Controls
- Mouse or touch: drag the current parcel piece onto the van grid.
- Mouse or touch: use the rotate button or tap the current piece to rotate.
- Keyboard: R rotates the current parcel piece.
- Keyboard: Space places the parcel if the highlighted position is valid.
- Keyboard: Esc pauses, and the toolbar restart button starts a fresh shift.
Tips
- Do not bury fragile parcels next to heavy crates.
- Watch express timers. Late express parcels still deliver, but score much less.
- Cold parcels are valuable when dispatched quickly.
- Try to complete a row and a column on the same move for a route bonus.
- Leave open pockets for L-shapes and 2x2 parcel stacks as the van fills.
FAQ
Is Parcel Post a Tetris game?
No. Parcel Post is a grid-packing puzzle, not a falling-block game. Pieces do not fall over time; you choose where to place each parcel stack.
What makes parcel types different?
Each parcel has a scoring rule. Fragile parcels care about nearby heavy boxes, express parcels care about time, and cold parcels lose value when they wait too long.
Does Parcel Post need an account?
No. The game runs in the browser and saves only a local high score on your device.
