Cards you have seen get a crumb. New cards are always safe, but a crumbed card that turns out wrong is a slip and costs a heart. Run out of hearts and the tray is lost.
Match every pair to clear the tray. Points come from matches, served orders and the hearts, peeks and seconds you keep; the tray card shows the scores for two and three stars.
Later trays add butter combos (matches in a row score up to x5, and every third one bakes back a heart), toaster peeks, burnt slices with no partner, table orders, jam jars that swap two cards, triples marked x3 and rush clocks.

Controls
Touch or mouse: tap or click a card. Tap the toaster, then a card, to peek at it and its neighbors.
Keyboard: arrow keys move between cards, Enter or Space turns one, P arms the toaster and Escape opens the tray menu.
