What you do

Cozy Co-Workers is a thoughtful café team puzzle. Start with three people, invite new teammates and plan eight changing shifts on the way to the town festival. Assign a different person to each station, compare the forecast, and balance role fit, tiredness, training and café improvements. Every station has a clear target and every shift gives an honest receipt of how your choices worked.

  • Eight themed shifts with three stations and specific targets each day.
  • A six-person team recruited from twenty characters with different skills and work styles.
  • Exact forecasts: see the result before opening the café, with no hidden dice rolls.
  • Three shift plans, meaningful tiredness and recovery, coaching, breaks and café improvements.
  • A station-by-station receipt after each shift and four festival endings based on your stars.
  • Readable buttons for mouse, touch and keyboard, plus a saved run on this device.

How to play

  1. Choose one of today’s three stations, then choose a teammate to assign there.
  2. Fill every station with a different person. Moving an assigned person swaps their station.
  3. Compare station skill with its target and choose Easy rhythm, Fresh perspectives or One big push.
  4. Open the café to resolve the shift. Every successful station earns a festival star.
  5. Use earned thanks to improve the café, coach teammates or pay for a proper break.
  6. Invite one new teammate after each of the first three shifts. Rotate your crew so tired people can recover.
  7. Complete eight shifts and see your festival story. Chase up to 24 stars on your next run.

Controls

  • Mouse or touch: choose stations, teammates, plans and the Open the café button.
  • Keyboard: Tab moves through controls; Enter or Space activates the focused button.
  • Shared toolbar: pause, restart with confirmation, toggle sound, instructions and fullscreen.

Tips worth knowing

  • Preferred roles give +4 skill. A related job can still be a good fit.
  • People on shift gain tiredness; those sitting out recover two points. Rotate before reaching the −6 skill penalty.
  • Fresh perspectives gives +3 to each station when all three work styles differ.
  • One big push gives +4 but adds extra tiredness. Save it for a shift that needs the boost.
  • Café improvements help two roles each. Think about the next day as well as the current targets.

Accessibility

  • Real buttons support Tab, Enter and Space.
  • No timers or reflex-based decisions. Station targets and results are written as text.
  • The layout adapts to phone, tablet and desktop screens.
